The hall was built to move paper at industrial scale: wide spans, high ceilings, load-bearing floors, direct vehicle access through covered loading bays. What made it work as a printing plant makes it unusually flexible now.

Corporate events and conferences. Galas and dinners. Trade fairs, product launches, showrooms. Exhibitions, installations, film and photo productions. Concerts and performances. The building offers several distinct spaces — from a 1,260 m² hall with fourteen metres of clear height to open floors of over 3,000 m² and covered outdoor areas — which can be used individually or in combination.

Raw concrete, industrial light, no décor to work around. Most productions treat the space as a set in itself rather than something to dress.
